Someone's about to shed!

Got this cool picture of Zelda while we had her out and about yesterday. Looks like she is about to shed soon

I know! Very excited! Is it strange that I feel like a small child on Christmas morning, waiting to find that shed in her tank one of these mornings? LOL

She is an older snake, she's 7. At that age I expected her to shed pretty infrequently and had no idea when we would get to see that. I have been feeding her pretty regularly and she has put on about 25 grams so her skin must feel like my skinny jeans at Thanksgiving

My daughter is 3 and she's smart as a whip, but she's having a heck of a time trying to grasp the concept of shedding - I tried to explain it like Zelda is just taking off her old clothes and her new ones are underneath already and all she could say was "so is there a zipper?" ROFL

Eyes cleared up this morning, so her shed should be pretty imminent, right?
