Actually just the opposite is true. Corn snakes are more comfortable with lots of clutter. The more the better. I'm enclosing a picture of my cage just so you can see the difference between your's and mine.

That was nice, it is a exo terra 90x45x45?

Just got a vaccine against tetanus and a exo terra 30x30x30 so now im more ready
Picked him out yesterday night and he is very calm and seems nice.

That's great news keep it up I don't know if you've been told there are 2 times you should handle your snake
1 : when he has been fed
2: when he is getting ready to shed his skin
You will know when that is his skin will go pale you can't see his colours so bright

I know Patmart means two times you should NOT handle your snake. Typos happen.

We should all always keep our tetanus vaccines up to date. There is no particular tetanus danger associated with a corn snake. I'm not saying it can't happen but I've never heard of anyone getting sick from a corn snake bite. The very few bites I've had, I wash with soap and water. I can't even see them the next morning.

I suggest you get a scale. When you are starting out knowing the snake's weight helps you figure out what to feed.
