Linking Sig To Website- Need Help Again!

Nanci

Okay, so a friend has asked me to link his sig pic to his website. I am the worst person to ask- we all saw how it took me three hours to accomplish that for myself and really it was Jenn who did it.

What I don't understand is take my sig pic link for example:

php?u=5353&type=sigpic&dateline=1266154441

Where/why/how is that generated??

Here is the website: http://coloradocorns.com

Here is the sig pic:

Okay:

://cornsnakescom/forums/image.php?u=11068&type=sigpic&dateline=1267567840

Took that off John's actual sig pic...

Got my sig linked to John's site- that's a step forward!! Hmmm.

EDIT** not any longer- I fixed it!! Yay!!

I think this is how it works.

You put the sig pic in your sig.

Then you view it on a post here.

Copy the image properties of the sig pic- that's where you get that php? stuff.

Then fill it into this code:

[ url=http://www.your website.com][ img]http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/image.php?u=number from your pic&type=sigpic&dateline=number from your pic[ /img][ /url]

And take out the spaces, of course.

Then paste that whole thing into your signature box.

Yay!!

I copied this thread in my forum so I would always be able to find it...

Dang this was hard the first time I tried it!!
