As long as he's eating well, you can handle daily (other than the two days after he eats). Snakes in general don't require socializing, so if you handle him less often, it won't hurt him. But they are usually a very tolerant species, so if you want to handle every day, that's also fine.

As mentioned as long as long as your snake is eating regularly, you can handle your snake fairly often. Just avoid handling for a few days after he eats.

Snakes are not like dogs or cats, they do not thrive on affection/companionship.
They tolerate handling. Some more than others.

I have some that do not like to be handled, despite the fact they were hatched and raised here, but others have no problem with being handled at all.
