Question Corn snake has a black lump on his face....Helpppp

I noticed some time last week that my corn had a black scab like spot on its face, I thot it was like a scab because he has escaped before and got a bit injured in the process. However it seems now that there is a lump in that area? He's active and eating well so he seems healthy, but just a bit concerned about that lump...😢

I don't think anyone can help without at least a picture. Failing that I would suggest a vet visit for something that unusual.
