shedding

my cornsnake started to shed about 2 days ago he broke the skin from his face and shed about an inch of skin now no more skin is comming off and he hasnt moved much for one day

its sounds as if the humidity is not high enough for him to be able to shed properly

put a moist hide in there, and also I would probably get a warm, wet towel and get your snake out of the cage, and let him slide through and through the towels, and this may help to loosen some of the skin.

You could also try bathing the snake

glad to hear that things are improving - keep a close eye with all sheds that in particular the eyes and the tail tip come off ok
