I use Mice Direct and will continue to do so because of the attention to customer service.
One time I was trying to place an order and couldn't access my account so I called and left a message stating my problem. Heath called back saying they're working on it and just to email my order and pay later.
When I received the order I noticed some of the bags cracked open due to contact with the dry ice. I notified them of it and the next order I received all the plastic bags and dry ice were wrapped separately in brown paper curing the issue.
I do agree that the sizes do vary in some of the bags of mice which I again notified them of the issue. Hopefully it will be cured by my next order.
As for cleanliness, the mice and rats have always been very clean.
My orders are delivered on time and still frozen solid.
Overall I'm a happy customer
