9 Year Old Female Abbots okeetee Not Eating

I have a feeding dilemma and need some help. My 9 year old Abbott okeetee from SMR has eaten since December. She was eating f/t adult mice. When I tried in January she would show interest and then ignore it and she did the same last month and this month. I listen to her there are no clicking noises, no mucous or open mouth breathing. She did have two unsuccessful sheds. Should I try fuzzies or hoppers , or force feeding. I had a male striped butter corn who went off food (he was 4 or 5 years old) but he went limp when handled she doesn’t and he had cancer. Need help, advice, suggestions.

What is you cage temps?
Have you changed your source of feeder mice?
Have you moved her from a different location?
