2nd clutch of eggs?

Somebody help me I'm new here to these forums and I have a female corn snake that just a clutch of eggs 2 months ago the babies have already hatched last week and today I just went in to take a look at her and she has another clutch of eggs she is wrapped around and she hasn't been with a male since is this normal??

Some females will lay a second clutch of eggs. I wouldn't say it's common, but it's not uncommon.
I have had a couple lay a second clutch, with viable babies.

I'd say about half my females double clutch without getting reintroduced to a male, and the timing is indeed usually right around when the first clutch would be hatching.
