I have this vine/bush in my backyard

They seem perfect for climbing.

What Do I have to do to them to make them safe to put in my tank?

Are there certain vines/bushes that are toxic to snakes?
 
Do a little research to see what type of vine it is first. As far as putting it in the tank, It'll just die off in a few days, anyways, unless you plant it in your viv. And then it's a P.I.T.A. to maintain...
