Nanci's SnickerSnakes Welcome to SnickerSnakes- where the pretty snakes are! I love striped cornsnakes in red, white, purple, peach and pink. Foundation stock, breeding plans, and hopefully hatchling news!

I am finding that shooting with off camera lighting gives me the truest colors and best shots. I picked up a cheap incandescent light at a store here (Jysk). The tissue paper like shade acts similar to a light box, without the need for the subject to be in a box.

I use something similar for most of my shots. A halogen bulb with a temperature of 5500K. I adjust my white balance to match.
