I made the mistake of reading this In class, a very small class, where it was inappropriate for me to laugh. Needless to say I got a few stares from other students and my professor. Congrats on overcoming your fear!

My only thought is, if he calmed down once you picked him up, then there is hope he/she will calm down with regular handling. My adult Tiaga, hates being picked up and has tagged me on one feeding occasion. Just go in there with a bigger attitude then he has and you will be fine!

WHAT? You mean I have to feed him too? I think it's time Mr. Killsalot and I had a serious talk about him getting a job.

I plan on feeding him tonight actually since he appears hungry (plus he held a sign up to the side of the tank saying, "feed me, or your bunny will"). How he wrote that, I don't know, but it sounds like a threat and I don't do hostage negotiations.

This is going to my first time feeding a large dead rodent to a large angry snake. What could possibly go wrong? Maybe if you get a spare second today you can pray for me to recover quickly and without the need for a blood transfusion.

I'll miss you all. God speed.

I'll make you a deal: You hold the snake and I'll take the picture. It'll be an action shot.

Don't worry- I'm a blood donor. There's plenty to go around.
