SOS 6 year old adult female won't eat

I have a 6 year old adult female okeetee who eats once a month a extra large adult mouse. She ate the month before last but not last month or tonight. She doesn't have a RI and far as I know she doesn't look like she is in a shed mode what should I do

try to feed her again next month. She will eat when she's hungry.
