Possibly an Anery Motley.

I've never had problems uploading photos.
I click on "Go Advanced", then scroll down to manage attachments, then add photos that way. If the photos are too big, you can resize them before uploading them.

So... I was told this snake is hypermelanistic.... does this seem to be true?
Thanks awe

Nope as the other guy suggested its prob some form of Anery Corn .

Now the short , common name for hypermelanistic is Amel .. I think ..

Mine’s an Amel ( Orange ) Striped Corn

Oh and the easiest way of adding photos is to use the free TapaTalk app ..

I think whoever told you that meant Hyp-O-melanism, which is most often shorted to Hypo. It's not impossible, but I do think it's just an Anery Motley.

Amel is short for Amelanistic. Remember, melanin is the group of black and brown pigments produced in the skin and irises (along with hair/nails in mammals). The prefix in front of -melanism tells us how much of that pigment is present:

Hyper = excessive, more than normal
Hypo = under, below normal
A- = without, lacking

Now the short , common name for hypermelanistic is Amel .. I think ..

As per above, a "hypermelanistic" corn snake would be an exceptionally dark looking animal, since "melanistic" would tend to indicate a relatively darker coloration.

Looks kind of like mine, which is supposed to be a Strawberry Charcoal. Take a look..

Welcome to the forums!

who told you charcoal for that snake? It's crazy high contrast. Strawberry anery, maybe, but I'm seeing none of the signs of charcoal in that baby

What's crazy high contrast? My photo? Not sure I follow.. Anyway, Anery seems too dark.

Nobody said it was Charcoal, it just looks like one to me.. I was told only that it's a Strawberry morph. So many of these corns look the same, it doesn't really matter to me.

Yes, your photo. The ground color is much much lighter than the marking colors, which is not what is seen with a charcoal.
It might be as strawberry anery... but strawberry is a hypo type and what black your snake has appears to be actual black rather than the gray/brown color of a hypo type.

Makes sense. Appreciate the feedback. You are correct, the black looks like true black. I thought I had the container that she was in when purchased, but cannot seem to find it. Thanks again.
