Arundel Reptiles
a female from Scott Felzer, she and the male dove into a plate of pinky parts and local trout bits with relish :)

Olivia I think they would have eaten the relish too ;). Scott kept them til they were well established eaters. I've always liked browsing his site too, lots of neat looking morphs as well as some locality specific garter snakes.

So pretty! Congrats. Maybe I'll try the pinky parts with my little garters, the female has still refused to eat for me :(
So here is the dumb question of the day... I'm assuming you broke the pinky into bits before thawing, right?

Stacy I did. Scott kept them until they were established eaters, which was a big plus. What have you tried with her?

Just the guppies, which is what Scott was feeding her too. She ha to sit in a deli with water and fish overnight to eat he said, but it's not working or me yet

Stacy, try nightcrawlers cut into small pieces, like 1/4" or a little less. Usually sends baby garters into a feeding frenzy!

Awesome news, and btw, no hijack when the OP does it! :)

Lol, well that I can do.
