A diffused would not have the markings on the ventral edges of the belly scutes, nor does diffused cause a morse-code style for the lateral patterning.
A banded-style motley however, does have those.

I don't recall it being anything major It likely would have stayed with me if it was so I wouldn't be too worried about it. I didn't get a chance to look tonight but I'll work on it!
