Some things you wish you could un-see

Sadly...working at the hospital...especially in the OR...I saw a bunch of that....one of the reasons I absolutely will never get a tattoo and abhor them....they will NEVER look good once you get older...

I am sorry I totally look at the differently. I see an old lady with a good story. No one looks great old so who cares if you have a tattoo or not. Most people at that age aren't going to be showing them off anyhow. I actually got a rose on my boob so when I got old it would be a long stem rose. I guess you have to have a sense of humor and enjoy live.

I'm with you on that. My 'Auntie' Bet, a family friend was proud of having a faded tattoo on her arm. It was the name of the ship she'd served on as a naval nurse as a young woman. She passed away some years ago, I wish I could remember the name of the ship.
