Framing First Shed

Hi my corn seems like he is getting ready for a shed. He’s normally out everyday and has been in his hide for a week. And it has me thinking that I would like to do something special with his first shed since I’ve had him. I was thinking of framing it and putting it on the wall. But that leaves me with some questions, can I use glue to keep it in place? What kind of frame would work best? Will it deteriorate over time so is it even worth it to frame it? Is there something I can spray on the shed to preserve it better?

And then it also had me thinking, have any of you kept the first shed and what did you with it?

Thanks!
