It looks almost like a low quality sun kissed but I would say it's a upper keys or dilute but probably the first one.

Head looks Sunkissed to me, but I think there's something else, I cannot put my finger on it.

Not sunkissed; saddles are all wrong. The head pattern is sometimes seen on tesseras, though this snake is not a tessera. It might be descended from one, though.

That's true, it could be a sibling in a Tessera clutch. The Tessera gene does seem to have an effect on the non Tessera siblings.
