I've been going through the threads trying to find answers to this question but either the images are inaccessible (so I can't tell if the issue looks the same) or the problem has different symptoms.

Salsa's scales are not dry or dull, they are neither peeling nor flaking. Her sheds are fine. The scales are just...wrinkly. The wrinkles don't shed out. Can anyone give me the cause and if possible a solution? I'm hoping they're from her being a curled up little bum, but if not...
