Sadly it's not mine , just one I saw on an American forum ...

The market in the UK is busy enough but prices are very low ..

At the last show we vended at I saw what seemed to be great deals on ball pythons but as I walked around the 140+ tables with probably a couple thousand BP's I would see the same morphs over and over. Some were $1,000 to $5,000 just a couple of years ago and now in the hundreds.
Even single recessive and double trait corn snakes were 2 for $20
The only species we were unable to make a sale on at our table were BP's !

As I said , plenty of people are buying snakes but the prices are super low . Double edged sword which works in my favour as I'm a buyer rather than a breeder ...

I recently bought a stunning Dwarf SunGlow boa ( pics in my other thread) for £100 !! Only a couple of years ago I sold a standard sized SunGlow boa for £400 !!

Yeah I take advantage of the low prices when I'm looking for a educational animal.
Your Dwarf Sunglow Boa is a beautiful animal and a fantastic buy! Hope they drop that low here !

As someone who knows nothing about boas, oh my god dwarf boas are so little and CUTE. A sunglow dwarf may be on the someday wishlist...though I think viper boas are still ahead of them buy a tiny smidgen. I love venomous mimics.

Yep he's cute as hell when he wraps around my wrist and sits on me hand for ages ..... He's slow moving , calm and friendly yet still has all the Boa traits and ways ... Very pleased with him .

I've also got a Dwarf Hypo Burmese Python ... adults can reach crazy sizes but my F2 Dwarf has topped out at just under 5 ' ( a little smaller than his dad and two foot smaller than mum ) . Again slow moving , calm and very friendly yet remains all the Burm traits - very inquisitive .
