I would buy it and put a little shack or trailer on it, and spend Christmas to Easter there, or however much time I could get off work, lol!

Hey, maybe 6 - 10 CS members can get together, buy it, put a little cabin on it, and meet in the winter for holidays, lol! If y'all want to fence it, I will advertise for some horse boarders to get you a cheaper property tax rate!

Oh God! I'm near tears looking at that property! Hubs and I have always wanted to live somewhere warmer and build our own house. We just have nowhere near the money right now and our credit is shot from when Matt was out of work. Man! I'm gonna show it to him anyway,just so he can cry with me!
