Back on his feed, how much? How long?

Hi I'm new here but not new to my corn snake... Jake. He is 7 years old and has always been in excellent health. 4 years ago he started to go off his feed in late winter/early spring for several months at a time. I know this is normal. My question is..this year he went off his feed for 15 weeks..he lost about 25% body weight. he's back now and very hungry. During his normal eating times we feed one approx 20gm mouse weekly and he is happy with that. Now that he is back on his feed, we have been feeding twice weekly. This will be week 4 of 2/week. How long should we be feeding 2/ week? So technically this is almost 1/3 of his missed feedings. He is a hungry boy right now.
Thanks for any info.
