Corn snake slug black discharge

Hi
I an about to pick my 7 year old snow corn up from the vets.
Can you guys help me???

My corn snake laid slugs last year for the 1st time

2 to 3 weeks ago she laid another single slug
I have left her alone
She has fed no problem
But got her out yesterday and noticed a huge swelling with black discharge

I took her straight to the vets

They were not convinced it was an egg and felt it wad more sinister
They wanted her to stay in as an inpatient and have an x ray etc

I agreed
And the ver called to say the xray machine had broken so they had to do an ultrasound instead

She was now sure it was an egg
But not sure it was bound

She had given her an anti inflammatory

I had a few options

A injection to start contratractions
If this did not work after 48 hrs
Another one to drain fluid and make it smaller to pass

I asked which one had more success and why not do the needle one now

So she did

Nagini hasnt passed it

I have to give her a injection for pain tomorrow and sunday
They cannot show me how to do it
Because of corona

I just hope she now can pass it

Has anyone got any advice to help her ????
