My big, beautiful boy has arrived! I adopted Tango yesterday from a wonderful woman who was re-homing her snakes because her boyfriend doesn't like snakes (I say...get a new boyfriend.
) He was originally purchased from a breeder called Tom's Snakes (
Tom Thompson - FB) at a reptile expo.
Tango is gorgeous classic ultramel, a whopping 1lb boy at 1.5 years (estimated 3.5 feet). Moments after putting him into his new viv, he dropped a big one in his new hide (thanks, Tango) and then proceeded to give me a perfect shed! (In the third photo you can see it coming off his head). He is quite docile although never stops moving on my arm. I cannot wait to use him as an educational animal. Love his ultramel eye coloring too.
