well out of the 6 two where attacked by nat maggots much as I try to prevent those varmin but one of those two had horrible kinks so I am glad to fine it dead for I would have to have it euthanized. So four babies out of 6 so I am very happy! here are the other two newbies:
Congrats! Were you incubating them at lower temps? I have a clutch I've been keeping at about 76F so I expect them to take much longer. I was having too many problems this year with issues with high temps so this last, and special, clutch is purposely being incubated differently in hopes of eliminating those issues I've had this year.
thanks yall!!! well no on purpose the temps in the day are low without ac for some reason and at night my room spikes up in temp and i don't have central ac so idk why the long wait but they are obese babies and huge
Happy fat babies! And Susan, be prepared for some oddities in color/pattern on your cold ones. That happened when Chuck did the cool incubated clutch experiment.
