I have a dilemma and that is I have a healthy adult female Abbott Okeetee Corn who gets fed once a month an adult frozen thawed mouse but she has become a problem feeder and ate very few times last year. I don’t want have to force feed her. I’ll take any suggestions.

It's unusual for a corn snake to refuse food for prolonged periods, other than breeding time or shedding. I was used to that with hognose snakes, but if I didn't feed my adult corns anything for over 10 days I'd have many eyes watching my every move. If your temperatures are correct, and you can't detect any obvious impaction, lumps etc. it may be time for a visit to your vet. Don't wait until she begins losing weight, if she hasn't already. Good luck.

what are the current temps in your house, how are you heating the cage, how are you controlling the temperature and what is the current temperature in the cage?
