It's just a little dryer lint. aka Navel Bloom. Get a Q-tip for heaven's sake. And de-flower that navel.

Actually,I think its the bottom of the stud.....

wow...uummm...yikes...
at least the cat one had really good artwork and displayed some sort of an imagination (twisted, yes but one nevertheless...)
