1/3 water with waterfall filter

I'll be getting a corn snake in a couple of months and I'm thinking of some cool layouts for the enclosure.

I want to put this water filtering water fall in: https://www.petsmart.com/reptile/cle...r-5111829.html?hideBreadCrumbs=true

And have about 1/3 of the bottom covered in water.

I have two concerns.
1) will this much water cause too much humidity?
2) would the motor in this pump cause distressing vibrations?
