Yeah, it's definitely going to be different.
The other day a friend of ours stopped by and we were outside talking with him. I started feeling rushed, because normally I just haven't had time to just stand around talking for any length of time because of the workload. Well it suddenly dawned on me, no, I don't HAVE to be in a rush at all. I didn't have several hundred baby snakes to clean and feed as I normally do this time of year. We didn't have workers coming in. We didn't have mice to take care of.
Matter of fact, the only thing animal-wise really pressing right now is that I HAVE to get rid of all these snakes by January. But I've got until December to really start worrying about that problem. I guess worse comes to worse, in February I'll be selling custom cornsnake hatbands......
