HELP! Cant get password for my real account

I have been a member for 10 years or so. LindsayMarie, but I cannot figure out the password and when I put my e-mail to try and reset my password, only this temp name LindsayMarie81 came up and reset that password. I tried calling Rich, I am so frustrated. How do I get the pw for my long standing account?
 
Instead of calling Rich, send an e-mail or a PM. He's the only one that would be able to help you.
 
It can sometimes take a few days before you get an answer, so don't sweat it if you don't hear back for a few days.
 
Sorry, been out of town all week. And I guess I should have read this thread before changing your password. In any event, you have a PM under your other account here..... :headbang:
