The Cultivars (morphs)/Genetics IssuesDiscussions about genetics issues and/or the various cultivars for cornsnakes commercially available.
I just received my first corn snake from a friend and she has what I think is a pretty cool line pattern on her back and coloration that may not be “normal”?
I’ve been keeping ball pythons for awhile but I’m very new to corn snake genetics. Any guidance and guesses would be appreciated!
It's just some aberrant patterning. Many corn snakes have an oddly shaped saddle or two. She has a bit more than typical, but nowhere near as much as some corns have.
She's also rather hefty and needs a diet.
