My Boy is aggressive :(

To start off, my Uncle received 2 corn snakes (one male, one female) from the same clutch. His intentions were to breed them but for whatever reason (same clutch, how young they are, not sure) it was unsuccessful. My birthday was on the 27th of April and I received them as a gift. My male has always showed signs of aggression, but they are rare. He’s actually launched at my boyfriend when he went to pick him up of the floor. But it’s mainly me, and I do have generalized anxiety were my hands gets sweaty and my heart races when I hold them. But also, while I was at work one day. One of them shedded. Not sure which one, they were both rude that day. My female has calmed since then but my male is just awful to me. I’m not sure if it’s it anxiety and he can detect that (that may sound ridiculous but I’m a first time snake owner so I’m lost) or if his shedding is a process. Please help

Cornsnakes have different personalities. As hatchlings it not uncommon for a good percentage to be aggressive. A very small percentage will stay that way at maturity. It may help the aggressive one to have its own enclosure with a good dark hiding place in it.

Not sure of the age of your snake but it looks too young to breed.
Good luck!
