It would be the first amel that looked like a hypo or ultramel to me on a photo, but it could be.... maybe the poster did not mis-identify the baby's but mixed up photo's... anyway, we will never know I think....

Rich has always said that hypo is a four-letter word. That gene has always given him more headaches than anything, he did have ultra in his collection, often using the label "ultra hypo" instead of "ultra", and it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that your hypo fire may actually be an ultramel blood or even a hypo ultramel blood (being both homozygous hypo A and having the ultra gene).

But as it has been mentioned, photos are not always accurate, which is why my request for another photo with a closer view of the eye was made.

Hey, support from a Dutch guy I say ultramel blood....

But, then there should also be amel bloods and the difference would have been visible to anyone... maybe the father is homozygous ultra then?

.
So it is Hypo- amel-anery-motley x hypo- amel-bloodred
for me this makes 100 % hypo- amel hetero bla bla
In my eyes amel masks hypo so what i will see is amel nothing more
and sorry the pictures has questions!
And its not to attack you , and i now here in this forum they are good in this experience for about 10 years !
But please make a picture from all the animals from that clutch, and maybe from the parents to and solve this.
And in my opinion the name hybino is not in place, its stands for hypo-albino
and albino is in my opinion White.
Greetings
Jan

?? Not nessecarily in snakes, Jan. The lack of black doesn't make a snake white, like it does in mammals. So albino is the same as amel and looks red/orange.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
