These critters have been getting pretty active lately and with all the hickory nuts and acorns falling from the trees, I think they are trying to fatten up for the winter.
This little bugger decided to have a snack on the handrail of the back deck, then hopping onto my smoker for one last pose before heading off.
Ugh..... tree rats. We could have gotten along peacefully if they had not decided that killing new bamboo shoots in my BIG grove is a lot of fun to them.
