Our rescue of 13 eastern hognose babies

That is my favorite snake! I had one as a kids and he did fine on frogs but they are not made to eat mice. I had him for about 15 years. He was so cool he would flatten out but he never played dead. I got him from a pet store that I would work at from time to time. When my mom would drop me off. I would have my mom drive me around to the back of all the stores after a rain and frogs would be everywhere. I always had some frogs in a bucket for him. Down here in Florida it is easy to find the frogs. I did love that snake. I have had a lot of snakes since but none have had a place in my heart like him.
