I have a very general question. Is it healthy for humans to have frozen mice in the freezer with other human food items. I know it probably is too cold for bacteria to live but I just wanted to make sure that there is no chance of getting any diseases spreading from the mice to our food. Thank you.

Frozen people-food chicken parts are probably a greater risk in a domestic freezer - that stuff's been cut up, handled, packaged, handled, shipped... so it's more likely to carry things that humans can contract.
I have to admit I have no hesitation to use 'people' appliances and preparation spaces for reptile food - not only with frozen snake food in my freezer, but with using my refrigerator in order to thaw them if necessary. Human food isn't necessarily any cleaner just because it's had the skin, feet and head taken off it.
