Yesterday I was heading out and noticed a nest had fallen in my front yard. There were two babies in it, unfortunately one did not make it but the other seemed to be quite healthy. Since ants had already gotten to the other one I picked up the little guy and he got himself comfy then fell asleep. He spent the rest of his time begging for food. He's currently back in the tree in a shoebox with his old nest inside, hopefully the mother will come back for him. If not, there's a place nearby that will take him if necessary. Thought I'd share some photos because he's so cute!
