I've built 5 tanks so far

Well, I have 2 corns and a ball python and had to build tanks. I don't have a rack system because I actually like to have mine on display, rather than putting them in the corner. They're 20 inches high, 4 feet long, 22 inches deep. (Although, the basic plans can be changed to fit any size). All you need is a sheet or two of 4x8 plywood (the nice stuff, not he $8 sheets, since a smooth surface is easier to clean). Other than that, basic materials are some 2x3's, 1x3's, paint, sanding supplies, etc. Took about two days to build (although, I had to make 3).

tools needed:

..Drill
..Jigsaw
..Table Saw (or a circular saw if you're good at it... just as long as it can make a 22.5 degree angle cut)
..Sander (or by hand, but takes longer) [100 grit and 220 grit]
..Miter Saw to make 22.5, 45, and 90 degree cuts in 2x3's

Other than that, primer, paint, wood putty, hinges for the doors, door latches to keep them closed, all small stuff from the hardware store

Lemme know if this sounds good!

~~~Robert
