When you separate them out of the egg box, what do you put them in? They're so little and sneaky. 8^)

They each go into their own 6 quart plastic shoe box storage bin.

MxM71517-16 is out, another Caramel Tessera.

Got 4 pips and two unpipped eggs left. Looks like possibly 3 of the pips are Classics and 1 Caramel.

Have only seen about this much of this one but guessing Classic.

A tiny little nose. Maybe the world is too big and scary for him.

MxM71617-17 and MxM71617-18 are out this morning, a Caramel and a Classic Tessera.

MxM71617-17, Caramel.

MxM71617-18, Classic.

What a sweet clutch (?) of babies. However do you go those in-hand pictures? Snake whisperer!

Delayed pictures of MxM71617-19, Classic.

MxM71617-20, Classic.

Unfortunately the second to last egg slit last evening but a nose never appeared, so I cut it open a minute ago and it was a fully formed, good looking Caramel Tessera with nothing obviously wrong but it was dead.
So I went ahead and cut the very last egg, my aim was good, little hole right by his head and he stuck his nose out right away for me, thankfully.
It's another Caramel.
So total tally is 13 living Caramel Tessera and 8 Classic Tessera het Caramel!

MxM71717-21, first few breathes of air.

I'm sorry about the little one who didn't make it. Congratulations on your beautiful clutch. Out of all the baby snakes, newly hatched, that I've ever seen pictures of, there's just something g very sweet about a Corn Snake face. And I still can't imagine how you get them to sit still for pictures on your open hand.

Only about 4 of them were very flighty and uncooperative when I picked them up, the rest were pretty chill. I could have gotten more hand pictures but it usually worked best to put them in the deli cup to get clear shots of all or nearly all of the dorsal stripes.

The final Mudd x Max baby has fully emerged. It's going to be a stunning adult!

I have no logical reason to think this but I very strongly feel that this one is a Super Tessera.
