Who is that silver horse.... i know i know... grey.. but looks silverish...wow..nice
Which post number?
Both andalusian stallions are grey, Corsario is the lighter, dapple grey, Hirudo is still quite dark. Descarada the andalusian mare is white (grey), Angel the arab x connemara mare is white with red spots (flea-bitten grey), Ellie the cremello mare looks white but has very light 'tea stain' markings.
Yesterday was a busy day at the stables. The vet came and I had to hold Rudi while the mare currently running with him had her inoculations. I'd not held one of the stallions before and my knees were shaking!
The new colt is turned out with his mum, they're being moved to some summer grazing this weekend so we had to go and put up the electric fencing in preparation.
Then bulk feeding of all the horses, time to play with the foals and kittens, then off with Kim for her schooling and lessons for clients at other yards.
I met Nut's filly today! She's got patches of white fur showing on each flank and pure white hairs appearing in her tail, so we think she'll end up grey! Nut's brought her over for introductions and I had my knees groomed and fingers nibbled.
