My beautiful hypo cornsnake is...not all that bight. She missed her f/t mouse, struck herself, and was determined to win. After a few minutes she did figure it out and she was unharmed.
I tried at first to stop her and it became quickly clear that I was making it worse. If there had been blood I would have been more concerned, but she did figure it out fairly quickly. Not a mark on her.
I wonder if being hypo makes her eyesight a little poor, or if she was just that excited.
