Snakes Alive!

Today there was a nice program called Snakes Alive! offered at Trap Pond State Park, Delaware. It showed the different types of snakes native to Delaware and a bit about each one. Didn't realize there were so many different types in Delaware! It was presented by a park representative and was very well done. She made it a fun event. Thanks Lindsey! Lindsey brought with her a corn snake that they keep at the Nature Center and use for educational purposes.

What a nice looking Corn.

I know there are a lot of amazing colors and patterns out there and breeders always seem to be trying to come up with something strange or new. But I still prefer the "Basic Orange Corn Snake" the way Nature intended it to be.
