No poop?

I haven't had my snake for very long (barely over a week) but I have yet to find any poop in his tank. He ate fine, no hesitation at all, but still a week later... no poop anywhere that I could see. He's very small, maybe it was so small I didn't see it? How big is their poop normally? He's still being fed pinkies. Do snakes get constipated? What are some signs I should watch for?

I think it's just the fact that most of a pinkie is digested with little in the way of feces. When my hatchlings are on paper towels I only see small stains and very little hard feces. The young ones on aspen leave only small deposits, but don't despair, you will have plenty to clean up in the future.
