The anery spots seem to stay, interestingly it seems as if the groundcolour is also partially anery-based but not the pattern, very hard to capture with camera, I believe it's more obvious when he colors up more during the next months. I'm going to take a pic of his head colouration after each shed in order to have a comparison of the colour development and the general color change. My impression is these normal coloured areas doesn't grow, they just are more visible compared to his look after first shed. Here's his head from first to third shed:
