Is anyone reading the press release. One, if I understand it right, the affected animals are those AFTER 7-26. Also, it provides contact information for you to get replacements, you don't loose any money, they replace them IF you have stock during the affected dates.
That said, I use and will CONTINUE to use Mice Direct. I have never had any problems with their product. It is always professionally packaged, shipped timely and effectively. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating to me. Things like this happen from time to time. To tell you the truth, I am surprised it isn't more commonly exposed in that industry. Remember, everyone has their "I'll never buy from them again" suppliers. How about opening packs of fresh rodents from a supplier mentioned in this thread and it smelling like urine in every bag.
