Gartersnake used to live up to his musking, death-rolling name, but now he's pretty laid back. He weighed 8 grams when I received him from Don at Daytona in August last year. 199 now!

Thanks for looking!!

Thank you! That's him, just laying there in overcast light, with no flash. You should see him in the sun!

Nice Nanci! As always, beautiful pictures. My clutch of Extreme Okeetee Tesseras are hatching as we speak. First one out is a normal...it's killing me...I guess i'll have to wait until morning. Your pics this past year really has gotten me geared up about ths project!

Whoa...those are some neat borders. What are your breeding plans? I wonder what a fluo tessera or revok tessera would look like. yours is an iompressive example for a killer okeetee tessera! Congrats on that one :)

Right now Gartersnake's breeding plans are for a completely un-related double trait morph, going for a cool F2. Other than that, he has no plans! Maybe Graham should send him over a date next year :)

Wow Nanci! He sure has grown up.
His brother is currently in shed right now, I'll have to take a few pictures for you later on this week.
Your little guy is AMAZING.

New shed

His brother shed tonight.
Here's a few quick pics I took! :)

He's got the same thick black borders. But he's so creamy! His background color markings, on the side, are more of a linear pattern, instead of Gartersnake's hearts and dots. Cool!!

VERY Beautiful snake, I love the color pattern of its scales, and if i may ask, what camera, and camera lenses do you use?
