Lizard scenting

You would think I would have needed this product before now, but I've been lucky so far. I was wondering what actual product some of you have successfully used to scent pinkies as lizards. Is there a specific name? Where do you order it?

Thanks,

Darin

lizard maker made by t-rex

most large chain stores have it or can be ordered from big apple herp. used it before but without much luck. (used with variable kings so take with a grain of salt) i've had better luck just using a frozen anole and rubbing it on a thawed pinky. seems to work better if the pink is slighly damp. also used a bullfrog tadpole (for nonfeeding eastern milks) in the same way with good results. good luck...----jim

yep

I have only had good luck with using my roomates live Green Anole for scenting. I just rub the pinkies right on him or on a well used branch in his cage. Works great! Green Anoles are great to have around for this purpose.....you can use a frozen dead one perfectly fine as well...but for me I enjoy keeping ours as a "scenter" and a pet!
