Yes, another light question. I searched through several light-related questions but was unable to find something specific to my concern.
I got my snake about two weeks ago (she's a few years old). The viv is located in an area of the house that doesn't receive much natural light from the windows. There is a little bit of light but I'm not sure it's enough. I've heard that they need light to help them shed and for vitamins and such. I'm not concerned about temperature at all as I have a heating pad and thermostat.
So my question is: Does the snake need more light in order to be comfortable and healthy? Which light would you guys/gals recommend since I do not want to emit heat?
Thanks in advance!
