Taste the Rainbow
My fiance's ex has been contacting us recently and saying things that are very upsetting to us. To sum up, her two dogs (that she doesn't take care of) accidentally had puppies. AJ ended up taking in two of them and taking care of them since they were a few months old. He has paid for all their shots, vet bills, heartworm and flea medicine, etc. Their licenses are also in his name. When he moved to Ohio to live with me he brought them with him. This was two years ago.
Fast forward to the present, she has been contacting us saying that she wants them back and wants to breed the female, Beast. She already has the two parents, two pitbulls that she has bred (with one having a bullet lodged in its leg she won't get removed), and a puppy from the pitbull breeding. This is coming from someone who specifically told me these two things. I quote:
"If they don't go potty quick enough when you take them out just kick them in the ribs.'
"When they lock up during mating, don't I just rip them apart to separate them?"
My main concern is if she tries to get the police or something involved. She swears up and down that since her dogs are the parents that that makes them her dogs until she says otherwise. Does she really have a case? Should we be worried? We're thinking about blocking her number or changing our phone number to keep her from contacting us.
